A dedicated queue is available for people with a mobility inclusion card. This entrance opens simultaneously with the other entrances to the venue; it does not provide priority access to spectators in the pit.
Once inside the arena, a hostess can change your seat if your seat is not accessible.
The adidas arena offers parking dedicated to PMR/PSH, open only for certain events. Please check the page of the event you are interested in to confirm this. You will need to purchase your parking ticket online before attending the event. There is no parking ticket booth on site.
